FROM THE ROUNDABOUT WHERE THE FOOTBALL STADIUM, THE DEBENHAMS AND THE SUPER HOME STORE IS:

Head towards the center of Paphos, at Makarios statue (Volkswagen showroom on right hand side), turn right.
Drive on to the second set of traffic lights (approximately 1km), where the Law Courts are on your right hand side, and turn right at the traffic lights, then at the corner of the 2nd right turn is “Penelope’s Palace” building, On the  1st floor is the law offices.

FROM THE HARBOUR AT KATO PAPHOS

Head towards Old Town.  Up hill towards Police Station (Kennedy Square).  Turn right at traffic lights, then turn 1st left.  At traffic lights at the end of this road (Law Courts over to your right, Laiki Bank to the left), go straight on through lights.  At the corner of the 2nd right turn is “Penelope’s Palace” building. On the  1st floor is the law offices.
